1.1 The Licensor transfers to the Licensee all rights to the purchased track, including but not limited to:
1.2 Exclusive rights to publish, record, reproduce, distribute, adapt, and share the track.
1.3 These rights apply globally, irrevocably, and without limitations on time or medium.
1.4 The Licensee is permitted to sub-license these rights as needed.
1.5 Rights to any licensed or royalty-free samples used in the Work are not included in this agreement and remain with the original creators of the samples.
2.1 The Licensor guarantees that the track is entirely original and contains no unlicensed or illegal samples.
2.2 If licensed or royalty-free samples are used, they will be disclosed on the product page, and any associated rights will remain with the original creator of the sample.
2.3 If improperly licensed samples are discovered later, the Licensor will assist in resolving disputes but will not be liable for costs incurred by the Licensee.
2.4 The Licensee assumes responsibility for proper use of the track in compliance with applicable copyright laws.
2.5 The Licensor affirms that the Work has not been previously disclosed, distributed, or made available to third parties prior to its purchase.
3.1 The Licensor will provide technical support related to the purchased track for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
3.2 This includes assistance with any file-related issues or minor adjustments within reason.
3.3 Administrative support, such as filling out metadata or licensing forms, will be provided for up to 90 days after purchase.
4.1 Tracks purchased are offered anonymously, with no obligation to credit the Licensor.
4.2 The Licensee may use, promote, and release the track under their name, brand, or pseudonym.
4.3 The Licensor agrees to maintain anonymity regarding the Work and the transaction.
5.1 Payments are processed by Melodic Ghost Producer. Once a purchase is complete, the transaction is non-refundable.
5.2 Rights to the track are transferred to the Licensee upon successful payment confirmation.
5.3 If a refund is issued, the Licensee forfeits all rights to the Work, and any distributed copies must be immediately destroyed.
6.1 The Licensor retains inalienable moral rights as the original creator of the Work. These include:

6.3 The right to protect the integrity of the Work and ensure it is not used in a way that harms the Licensor’s reputation.
7.1 The Licensor will not be held liable for any third-party claims or disputes arising from the use of the purchased track.
7.2 The Company acts solely as an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for any misuse, copyright infringements, or legal issues arising from the use of the Work by the Licensee.
8.1 Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the transaction, including details of the Licensor, the Licensee, and the Work.
8.2 Disclosure of these details to third parties is strictly prohibited.
9.1 If the Licensor breaches this agreement, the Licensee may seek damages up to the amount paid for the Work.
9.2 If the Licensee breaches this agreement, the Licensor retains the right to revoke the transferred rights and seek damages.
10.1 The Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold the Licensor harmless from any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from the use of the Work.
11.1 Both parties agree to resolve disputes under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11.2 Mediation or arbitration will be attempted prior to pursuing legal action.
