2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on Sound Packs

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital products (Sample Packs, MIDI Packs, Preset Packs) as long as the product has not been downloaded, accessed, or otherwise retrieved via the delivery link provided.

Once a download is registered by our system, the sale becomes final and non-refundable. This is standard practice for digital products and is in place to protect the integrity of our content.

If you experience a genuine technical issue or believe the product is defective, please reach out within 30 days — we’ll be happy to help. Refunds or store credit may be offered at the sole discretion of the Melodic Ghost Producer team, and all refund decisions are final.

Please note that refunds will not be granted for:

– Products that have already been downloaded
– Change of mind
– Incompatibility due to missing or unsupported software/hardware

3. Non-Refundable Products and Services

The following products and services are non-refundable, except as detailed in the Money-Back Guarantee for Sound Packs:

Ready-Made Tracks: Sold “as is” and cannot be refunded once delivered to the buyer.

All custom services (including Original Tracks, Remixes, and Co-Productions) are non-refundable once an order is placed and confirmed.

Upon purchase, dedicated production time and resources are allocated within our schedule to ensure each project receives the level of attention and quality required to meet industry-leading standards. As this time is reserved specifically for the client and cannot be reallocated at short notice, refunds are not available.

4. Revisions and Satisfaction Guarantee

Custom projects, including custom tracks, remixes, and co-creations, are accompanied by unlimited revisions for the first 60 days following initial delivery to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Should you require further modifications beyond this period, we are pleased to offer additional revisions at a nominal fee of £25 each. These revisions are easy to request and manage through our dedicated Revisions Portal, designed to handle your needs efficiently and professionally.

Once a revision is needed, we will provide you with access to the portal where you can submit your request and make payments. The portal supports all major cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and other mainstream payment services, allowing you to convert fees to your local currency based on the latest exchange rates.

5. Refund Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund:

– You must submit a refund request within 30 days of purchase for audio packs such as Samples, Presets & MIDI.

– You must not have used the product commercially, shared it publicly, or distributed any of its contents.

– Refunds are not granted due to incompatibility with third-party software or equipment unless previously specified in the product description.
